The following describes the precautions for starting the tractor.

1. Check carefully.

Check whether the connection of each part is fastened, whether the operating mechanism is normal and whether the pipe joints of each part are tightened to ensure that the tractor has no oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage; Check the fuel condition in the fuel tank to prevent running out of fuel in the middle of the work, and stop to change the oil, which will affect the progress of the operation;

2. Adjust the position.

Place the main shift lever of the transmission, the power take-off control handle and the front drive axle control handle in neutral, the control handle of the distributor in the down position and the hand throttle in the half open state to prevent the tractor from starting suddenly and being unprepared for dangerous situations;

3. Exhaust cleaning.

The water tank net is the place where sundries accumulate, especially the mesh part. It should be cleaned regularly and kept clean before the engine starts to prevent the engine from failure due to poor heat dissipation.

1. After the engine is started, let go immediately and let the key automatically bounce back to the "on" position. Otherwise, the engine after starting will reverse the starting motor, resulting in damage to the starter;

2. The continuous starting time of each time shall not be more than 5 seconds, and the starting interval of each time shall not be less than 15 seconds. In order to maintain the charging performance of the battery, the continuous starting shall not be more than 3 times. If it still fails to start for three consecutive times, find out the cause before starting.
